By using RTBNotice.ie, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our document generation service.

1. The Service

RTBNotice.ie provides an AI-assisted document generation tool to help Irish landlords produce Notices of Termination referencing the Residential Tenancies Act 2004. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Not Legal Advice

The documents generated by RTBNotice.ie are based on publicly available Irish legislation. They do not constitute legal advice. For complex tenancy disputes, illegal occupancy, or situations requiring professional judgement, you should consult a qualified solicitor or the Residential Tenancies Board.

3. Payment and Delivery

The fee is €14.99 per notice, paid once. Your clean PDF is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Accuracy

We make every effort to keep legal references accurate and up to date with current Irish legislation. However, legislation changes and you should verify key requirements independently, particularly for notice periods which have been amended several times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, RTBNotice.ie shall not be liable for any loss arising from use of documents generated by our service, including any tenancy dispute outcome, RTB determination, or court decision.

7. Intellectual Property

The generated document text is provided for your personal use. The RTBNotice.ie website design, content, and code remain our intellectual property.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
