RTBNotice.ie operates a document generation service for Irish landlords producing RTB-compliant Notices of Termination. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For data protection queries: contact us.
What Data We Collect
- Tenancy details — landlord name, tenant name, property address, and tenancy information entered to generate your notice
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store card details
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited (anonymous analytics only)
Why We Collect It
- Contract performance — to generate and deliver your Notice of Termination
- Legitimate interest — to improve our service and prevent fraud
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax and financial record-keeping requirements
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with trusted service providers:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude API) — to generate your notice. Inputs are not stored for training under our API agreement
- Vercel — website hosting
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Purchase records: 7 years (Irish tax law)
- Generated notice content: deleted within 30 days
- Contact messages: deleted within 12 months
